James Wild

James is a member of the MJ Group International Valuation Team, specialising in providing valuation advisory in relation to Prime and Super-Prime residential assets in Central London. James has over 10 years of experience in the real estate and property sector, having worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, Deloitte Real Estate and now MJ Group International, in which time James has worked closely with several diverse clients, such as Private Banks, High Street Banks, Local Authorities, Investment Funds, Housing Associations and Housebuilders.

In undertaking valuation advisory and due diligence exercises for the aforementioned clients, James has had the experience of valuing a range of assets, such as office and retail offerings, residential dwellings and development sites.
